I am getting so many James Bond movie flash backs from this scene! I just finished reading the entire comic, and I must say I’m completely in love with it! The art style, story, and characters definitely make this one worth following.
Yeah, it’s between Last Crusade and a bunch of the Bond film’s. Certainly the type of thing we had in mind. It’s been an interesting experience doing this story, trying to DO Indy while also telling a DFS story. But getting to hit all of these signature type elements, the water chase, the swinging, hot potato etc have been awesome. Jeff and I were actually chatting last night about the next bunch of pages and actually talking about the types of movie scenes to look at for inspiration and I mentioned Bond, specifically I think The Spy Who Loved Me. I can’t say more for fear of giving anything away.
We’re glad to have you on board, tell your friends!

And have you checked out Alex and Walter’s earlier adventures?
Marrock

Chris

This is becoming a mix between Indiana Jones, James Bond, and every sci-fi movie I love!
Jeff
