So this was intended to be a running subplot that would thread through the ongoing story, kind of a reverse OJ Simpson. The wrong guy was convicted of killing Alex and Walter and the mafia guys. Playing around with media, the justice system and celebrity. We might someday go back and see what eventually happened.
