If you weren't there for it, in the 90's there was a Batman story where the Joker might have killed Robin. It was left open for the readers to decide by phoning one of two numbers. Yes this was a real thing they did.

Those phone numbers have been changed when we did the trade collection. When the issue first came out, they went to a pair of payphones in the Toronto Eaton Centre atrium. I always wondered if anyone tried calling them.
