Okay, HUGE in jokes time.

So when I was in grade one I met this kid he was into comics. So much so that at one point he was in the local paper for doing his own hand made comics. Jump forward a few years and I was helping him make his comics. A few years after that, he and his dad started a comic shop, first out of their house, then later a number of locations in the town I grew up in. You are about to meet the character we created based upon this friend. But first, his two dogs and his Mom. Yes, Kate Fortuna is based on his mom. And we apologize. The two guards are inspired by the two dogs they had over the years, one very friendly the other, not so much.
