My comments are as atemporal as the story line. Was rereading backwards trying to make sense of this storyline and hit this one and followed the link (backed up there a few pages to make sure where I was). Oooooooooh (pronounced as a literally long “o” sound, not and “oo”).
So the Tenderizer isn’t supposed to be Dr. Who.
He’s WORKING for Doctor Who. I’d forgotten all about Phillip. Thanks.
