A few interesting things going on with this weeks update. The first is cutting and pasting in from and external source and not just a drawn panel. The only other time that comes to mind is a page out of the phone book waaaay back in issue 8 of the mini-comics stories.
The second note is another returning character from Issue 20 of the minis 7-Zark-88. Not actually named at the time, he is, like so many of our old characters, an amalgam of multiple sources. If you know them, it just proves your almost as old as us. And yes, the dog will be returning.
In mini-comic news, Issue 13, and thus The Dirty Baker's Dozen concludes today over at DFS Retro. So that's like 260 pages of comic goodness you should also have read. And now that we're going back and picking up plot threads from the older stories, it's even more beneficial for you to know where Alex and Walter have been and what's happened to them. And it's a safe bet there's important stuff there in reference to what is going to happen to the boys during our current story.
Tomorrow will start Issue 14 and the series takes a slight shift in terms of pacing and style. It also starts the second half, as it came to be known, Get Me Off this Crappy Planet. The interiors for which are now all done, just some finishing work on the cover and we'll be looking to print.
But for now, more bounty hunters.
