Philip has had a chance at rejuvenation since last we saw him. Now it's Alex and Walter's turn. Which means it's a chance for us to give our guys a new set of threads. It's always fun when we get to. And, it is sort of in the name of the comic after all.
If you are unfamiliar with Doctor Who, back when the show started in the 60s, they faced a problem when the main character's actor had to leave the show. Their solution was to have him regenerate, getting a new actor to play the character with a whole new face, look and demeanour. We just gave Philip new clothes and hair.
