In full corporeal form, yes.

Panel 2: Alex points at the Tenderizer angrily. Philip takes a step back and holds up a pointed finger.
ALEX
What is that doing here?

PHILIP?Oh him? Funny story. 

Panel 3: Philip in between Alex and Walter with his arms on their shoulders moving them a bit forward.

PHILIP (Continued)
As I explained in our last encounter, messing about with time travel can be tricky. 

Panel 4: Philip standing in front of the Tenderizer with his arms gesturing towards him. Bear is seen jumping up into Philip’s arms.

PHILIP (Continued)
Your little escapades with your past selves meant that his mission to exterminate you was completed before it was ever assigned by his creator. 

Panel 5: Alex and Walter are seen looking at Philip as he continues to talk.

PHILIP (Continued - from off-panel)
Once you were deceased, he was left purposeless.

Panel 6: Philip holding his cat Bear in his arms and looking up at the Tenderizer with a smile.

So I took Fred here under my wing and he’s been a traveling companion to Bear and myself ever since.
